These terms govern use of Vast Global Technology Gateway APIs and Developer Portal between Vast Global Ltd. and the customer organization.
Service scope
Platform provides OTP/SMS/messaging and (where approved) non-custodial blockchain automation APIs. Packages define projects, executions, and support levels. Usage beyond included amounts and third-party/network fees may be billed separately.
Payment
Subscriptions are typically payable in advance. Failure to pay may result in reminder, restriction, or suspension after a grace period.
Prohibited activities
Spam, phishing, fraud, malware, unauthorized OTP, illegal content, sanctions violations, money laundering, and unauthorized financial or blockchain activity are forbidden.
Blockchain responsibility
Customer is responsible for legality of blockchain use cases. Vast Global does not provide custodial crypto services unless a separate compliant product is expressly approved.
Security & liability
Customer must protect API keys. Liability for third-party provider or network outages is limited as set in the signed agreement. SLA credits apply only where an Enterprise SLA is signed.
Suspension & termination
Vast Global may suspend for security, fraud, legal, or payment issues. Either party may terminate per the signed notice period.
